Candidate Referral Program

XSoftware provides a 2%/hr of what is being charged to client as a bonus for each full day the consultant that you refer to us is on a client engagement. This bonus continues through the end of the engagement.

Business Referral Program

XSoftware provides a 5%/hr of the fee that is being charged to client as a consultant bonus for the initial contact of a job requirement that we successfully staff. This bonus continues through the end of the engagement.
